No, neither the virtual, nor the physical can be copied.

No, each medium will have a different coding, but it is linked via the blockchain.

Yes, each taggant is unique.

  • Firstly, the marker is selected, either physical or virtual.  This is dependent on client systems  
  • In the case of virtual, Software secures document and allocates a taggant
  • In the case of physical, a client specific method of application is chosen. This can be either on, or in a product, or applied in the form of securitized ink.
  • Taggant is loaded onto blockchain
  • In the case of the physical, a reader is used in conjunction with our software
  • In the case of virtual we use part of the modular software to authenticate. This will be resident on the hardware used.

Yes, but it is modular.  The source creation software runs independently from the reading or authentication software. Each links to the blockchain. 

  • Once the client is happy to proceed, we will work with them to develop and integration with their system which in this case would be GLX
  • Different modules would be installed on reader and source hardware as per client geographic locations, business model etc.
  • In the case of the physical, a reader is used in conjunction with our software
